First Look: AMORAP (Asenso Misamis Occidental Recreation and Adventure Park) Soft-opening for public starts on April 27, 2026. Located in the province of Misamis Occidental, the Maldives of Mindanao. Our Team was invited for the inaugural rites of the property today and attended by one of our managing heads, Sir Diego Regalado.

In the photos are the 1st phase of the property, with around 15villas and 1 restaurant was opened today exclusively for its 1st guests, and will be the Ms. Universe Philippines 2026 candidates.

The villas are vast and most of them can be reached by an in-house cart. There will be villas on stilts, a 6-storey hotel building, a golf course. The estimated completion will be by year end. This is a joint venture of the provincial government and a Korean investor, and managed by Quest Hotels (Filinvest).

The property gateway is Ozamiz Airport and Port, just 15-20mins away by car, AMORAP is situated exactly in the town of Sinacaban. It can also be reached via Dapitan Port, Dipolog Airport and Port, 2hours away by car.

Come and visit this new attraction, for relaxation, adventure, quiet time and family time.

2. Reef-safe sunscreen is a must
Boracay protects its waters fiercely. Bring reef-safe sunscreen so your tan memories do not leave scars on the sea 🌊

3. Slip-ons over sneakers
