MARIKINA CITY, October 3, 2026 — In a major step toward digitizing local transport and enhancing community mobility, Justin Mapile, Triwil Marketing Partner and National President of MASA - Movement for Accessible Services and Action, paid a courtesy call to Barangay Tumana Punong Barangay Akiko Centeno. Mapile was joined by Triwil Coordinators Zaldy Cornelio and Cesar Gabano, alongside Barangay Kagawad Carurucan, who was also present during the meeting.

During the discussion, Mapile formally presented the Social Partnership proposal for the implementation of the Triwil Tricycle Booking App System in Barangay Tumana. The innovative platform aims to streamline daily commuting, empower local tricycle drivers, and enforce digital route management across the community.

Expressing full support for the initiative, Punong Barangay Centeno immediately directed Kagawad Carurucan to coordinate and convene an All-TODA Officers Meeting across Tumana's five tricycle operators and drivers associations, representing hundreds of local transport workers. The official orientation for all TODA officers is scheduled for next week.

MARIKINA HEIGHTS, Marikina City, October 3, 2026 - The Triwil Orientation was conducted for the leadership of FEETMHI (Federation Exclusive for Eight TODAs of Marikina Heights, Inc.), led by Federation President Ariel Arguelles, at the Marikina Heights Barangay Hall.

LIPA CITY, BATANGAS - Following a courtesy call by Triwil Batangas Coordinators Cris Carurucan and Mike Quibral on Lipa City Mayor Eric Africa, who gave the green light for Triwil operations in Lipa City, the Triwil team proceeded directly to Lipa City Councilor Leonilo A. Catipon, Chairman of the Committee on Transportation. The councilor then issued instructions to Badong Lunar, President of the Lipeños Federation of Tricycle Operators and Drivers Association (LIFETODA). An orientation meeting with LIFETODA officers will be conducted in the 3rd week of October. LIFETODA covers 245 TODA associations with 7,000 franchised tricycle units. Badong Lunar also serves as the current President of the Batangas-wide TODA Confederation.
