Tucked in Rosaryville Subd, Guiguinto, Bulacan is this cute, quirky cafe slash bookstore slash art gallery. Glad our friend accompanied us in this local bookstore cafe that features Filipino literature and quirky cutesy stuff.✨what we 🩷 is the spaces to read a book with your cup of coffee (or chocolate for me!) and their delectable empanada (must try!). Tried YYC-ICN flight that took around 10-11 hours but did not feel like it! Not sure if it is because of dozing off after the first meal! 💞The service is better than other North American flights. Amenities can be improved like the portion size of the main meal.. but I would say flight was worth it for making the route feel shorter. Note: final destination is Manila but would not mind the layover because Calgary just felt closer. ✨

📍 Daykey Donut known for it’s nama (fresh) donut. This Taiwanese - Japanese brand is known for fluffy brioche dough and rich cream oozing upon devouring their treats. 🩷

They are located at the Upper Ground Floor (UGF), Uptown Mall, BGC, Taguig (enter through South Entrance 2, Megaworld side - in front of H and M. They are open at 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM (Sunday–Thursday) & 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM (Friday–Saturday. ✨

For this Nama Choco donut, I rate it 8/10. I like the taste - not too sweet and freshness is felt in each taste. The custard donut is also 8/10 according to my son (sorry no photo) Love the to-go packaging. 💓

Note that currently they only operate on a cash basis and there is a maximum 3pcs order per purchase, per person✅

Booked a free hotel room stay because of my expiring points. Now, that we know this.. how did we book a supposed 20k php Fairmont Gold Room with free Buffet Breakfast for 3 only for 8k php? Coming in the next post💓

🗝️ staycation at Fairmont Hotel Makati with Fairmont Gold experience. Total Bill should have been 20k Pho for 3pax (includes overnight at Fairmont King Gold Room with Fairmont Gold experience such as lounge and smooth check in/out and buffet breakfast). ✨ but got this for only 8kphp! 🩷 will spill more in next posts.

- mall access with free extended parking (upon availability)
- yoga mat available in each room

Was able to take a day tour (less than 22hrs) to another country from the Philippines despite not having land borders. Travel list item ticked! 🙏🏼 And because of that I was able to uncover a loophole in the online form lol. It does not allow entering a same date day of return😂Checked if it i still the same this year and it seems so lol.

Itinerary in this same order:

- San Lorenzo Windfarms
- Holy Farm Hills
- Mango Island Cafe (Lunch)
- Trappist Monastery (Bought snacks and pasalubong to also support the monastery)
- Alibujod Beach Cove (stayed for 45mins. Suggest to extend the tour or start early to stay here longer if swimming is part of the plan)
- Guimaras Sign
- St John Church (just right across the Smallest Plaza)
- Smallest Plaza

Perfect for those who opt to start at a later time. Arrived at Parola Wharf at around 10am. Got tickets quickly then off we go. Ended our tour at 4pm and took the boat going back to Iloilo around this time.

Note: we included 3 churches for Visita Iglesia intentionally. 🩷
