📌TICKET ISSUANCE: Ticket issuance is finalized approximately one week before the departure date. Please note that this timeline is subject to adjustments influenced by the heightened demand experienced during peak seasons, as well as the operational capacity of our airline partners.

📌DATE TRANSFER POLICY: Upon payment of the Guarantee Deposit, the Agent acknowledges that the selected travel date is definitive. Any sudden request for a change in the travel date after payment is considered final and cannot be accommodated.

📌CANCELLATION POLICY: The package is non-refundable and cannot be rebooked. No refunds will be provided for any unused tours, transportation, hotels, and flights. Once the guarantee deposit has been made, cancellation is not permitted. Both the guarantee deposit and full payment will be forfeited in the event of cancellation.
