GRM International, Inc. is looking for Customs Processor!
GRM International, Inc. is a duly licensed freight forwarder and customs broker involved in the handling of both domestic and international air & sea shipments, and provides tariff consultancy, warehousing, trucking, and other allied services.
Responsibilities:
• Provide customer support and to provide assistance to client inquiries and concerns through giving information and update regarding the Customs procedure.
• Process outgoing client shipment
• Prepare and handle the processing of document needed for customs clearance.
• Terminal Release of Live Animals/ Pets including documentation.
• Transfer process of cargoes to warehouses.
• Processing of Import and Export certification such as BAI, CAAP, SPS & LSP etc.
• Sending pre-advise & pre-alert to clients and agents.
• Packing and repacking of all export shipment.
• Other task assigned by immediate superior
Requirements:
• Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Customs Administration, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in customs brokerage, logistics, import/export documentation, freight forwarding.
• Knowledge of customs laws, Bureau of Custom’s procedures, tariff classification, valuation including shipping procedure
• Familiarity with the Bureau of Custom’s electronic systems
• Proficiency with documentation.
• Computer skills, MS Office, sometimes specialized software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
