Welcome Our OJT Trainee! 🎉

We are pleased to welcome our On-the-Job Training (OJT) trainee from John B. Lacson Colleges Foundation Maritime University - Molo, Iloilo to Aeroworld Logistics Phils., Inc.!

As part of the academic requirements, our trainee will be completing 300 hours of practical training, focusing on Customs Brokerage and Freight Forwarding Operations. This internship will provide valuable hands-on experience and industry exposure, allowing the trainee to apply classroom knowledge in a real-world logistics environment.

At Aeroworld Logistics, we believe that OJT programs play a vital role in helping students:

Thank you to the Civil Aeronautics Board (CAB) for inviting us and giving us the opportunity to participate in the “Strengthening Leadership and Fostering Collaboration” seminar-workshop!

We are grateful for this insightful and collaborative experience, which reinforced the importance of inclusive leadership and gender-responsive initiatives in building a more equitable and sustainable aviation industry.

Aeroworld proudly sent three (3) participants to the one-day, on-site seminar entitled “Gender Fair Language” organized by the Civil Aeronautics Board (CAB) through its Gender and Development Technical Working Group (GAD-TWG).

The seminar aims to deepen participants’ understanding of gender-fair language and promote inclusive, gender-responsive communication practices in the workplace.
