The weekend begins with our Crew Conference on May 15, 2026 | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM at Discovery Suites. This session reinforces our commitment to innovation, safety, leadership, and effective communication in today’s evolving maritime industry. It is designed to empower our crew to remain future-ready, aligned, and inspired in their respective roles.
On May 16, 2026, we shift our focus to what truly anchors every successful seafarer — family. Our Family Day Celebration will be held at One Café - The Exchange Square, featuring fun activities, fellowship, and memorable moments that honor the unwavering support of the families behind every voyage.
One of the highlights of the celebration is PalMarco Got Talent, where we invite family members to sign up and showcase their talents as we celebrate the diverse gifts within our PalMarco community.
