JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Receive cash and check payments from clients / employees.
Prepares bank slip for the cash and checks received.
Handles and controls the petty cash fund.
Do daily cash flow analysis / funding.
Prepares monthly cash flow reports, check releasing to suppliers.
Prepares and generates semi / monthly customer invoice billing.
Assist in collection follow ups / customer payment of receivables.
Monthly updates of BIR relief
Prepares monthly and quarterly vat summary
