Our Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU) service is now available for eligible European destinations.

Under DDU:
📦 Shipments are sent to the destination country.
💶 If customs assesses import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, or destination VAT, these charges are paid by the receiver before the parcel is released.

We would like to inform you that significant customs and import processing changes are being implemented across the European Union (EU-27), Switzerland, and Norway effective 01 July 2026.

These regulatory changes include new customs duty and clearance requirements for inbound shipments, resulting in ongoing operational adjustments among postal administrations, customs authorities, and international postal networks. While implementation guidelines continue to be refined, several postal operators are still aligning their systems and procedures to ensure compliance with the new regulations.

To avoid potential delays, shipment rejections, customs holds, and delivery disruptions, we will temporarily suspend the acceptance of mail and parcel shipments to the European Union (EU-27), Switzerland, and Norway via Postal Service effective immediately and until further notice.

During this period, shipments to these destinations may still be sent through our Courier Service options, which currently remain operational and compliant with the new customs requirements.

Affected Destinations:
• European Union (EU-27 Member States)
• Switzerland
• Norway

What This Means for You:
✓ Postal Service shipments to the above destinations will not be accepted temporarily.
✓ Courier Service options remain available.
✓ Our team will continue to monitor developments and provide updates as soon as postal services resume normal operations.

We understand the inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding as international postal operators work toward full compliance with the new customs framework.
