At Fikamina, we believe travel is more than just visiting places—it’s about creating meaningful experiences and lasting memories.

As our Travel Operations Associate, you’ll help create seamless and memorable travel experiences—from answering client inquiries and planning itineraries to coordinating bookings and supporting the day-to-day operations of our growing travel agency.

Who We’re Looking For

✔ Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino

✔ Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask

✔ Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic computer applications

✔ Familiarity with Canva and social media platforms is an advantage

✔ Customer-oriented with a positive and professional attitude

✔ Willing to learn travel booking systems and industry processes

✔ Experience in customer service, sales, tourism, or the travel industry is a plus—but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!
