To our beloved clients, we are hoping that you will understand this.

Why do we offer rebooking/rescheduling/travel fund instead of full refund? Because if we simply give full refund to all our clients affected by COVID19, travel businesses will shutdown because of bankruptcy.

Sample scenario:

1. Accommodation implements no refund policy only rebooking/rescheduling. (Already paid) Sometimes they offer no rebooking at all if promo price was availed. Amount booked 5,500

2. Van transportation already booked slot. (already paid for utilization) Amounting to 3500

This is a sample scenario only.

If we have 10 schedules this week and everyone asks for a refund, we won't be able to cover all the losses due to the policy of the accommodation and van services since no refund will be given on our end. Some operators will not even offer for rebooking since bookings have been arranged ahead of time and may affect other bookings.

Also there's a provision in the terms and condition that no refund will be given once confirmed. Since we already paid almost everything in advance for smooth coordination of tours.

We hope you understand that this is not easy for both the clients and travel agencies. Let us meet half way so we can both survive this crisis. This too shall pass. 🙇‍♀️

I'm so kilig with this. 😚 I met a client earlier kasi nagpa reserve siya for Anawangin tour good for 2 pax sinabayan ko pa ng "Daing na pusit po, baka gusto niyo din* 🤣 Kapal pes ko first time kami nagkita. Hahahahaha! So sabi niya sige kuha ako. After meet up nag message siya sakin na kapag nagpa tour siya next month sa'kin siya kukuha ng package (nalaman ko na lang TL siya sa isang Call Center Company) and syempre dahil it's a business hindi ka mag aassume dahil may iba ibang rates ang bawat isa. So sabi ko sige po thank you po, natuwa lang ako sa message niya sa'kin ngayong gabi... Nakakatuwa na nirekomenda niya pa ko sa mga officemates niya. Nakaka kilig pong tunay. Hahahaha! 😅 Nagpapasalamat po ako sa tiwala niyo sa'kin lalo na at bago lang ako sa ganitong business. Isa sa pinaka mahirap na kuhanin sa tao ay ang tiwala kaya malaki po ang pasasalamat ko dahil sa bawat bookings niyo po sa'min I know na hindi lang yung pera ang ine earn ko kung hindi pati yung trust niyo,and it really means so much to me! Maraming salamat po sainyo! 💙 ☺️
