🛂 IMPORTANT UPDATE for Travelers to Taiwan: Online Arrival Card (TWAC) Starting Oct 1, 2025 🇹🇼

From October 1, 2025, paper arrival cards will be discontinued and replaced by the Taiwan Arrival Card Online (TWAC) system. 

Here’s what you need to know:

📝 What changes?
• All traditional paper‐based arrival cards will no longer be used. 
• You must complete the arrival card online via the official TWAC website within 3 days before arrival in Taiwan. 
• The service is free of charge. 

⚠️ What you need to do
1. Before your trip, access the TWAC system within 3 days of your arrival date. 
2. Have your passport details, flight info, and hotel/residential address in Taiwan ready.
3. If any of your information changes after submission (flight, hotel, etc.), you can update your arrival card via the update section on the TWAC website.
