Last August, as we celebrated Values Awareness Month, we were reminded that the hero within each of us was reflected in the values we practiced every day.

Through “The Hero Within,” we celebrated how our values guided us to lead by example, support one another, and work together toward a common purpose. Every act of teamwork, integrity, respect, and commitment reflected the hero within us.

Being a hero was not always about extraordinary actions—it was about choosing to do what was right, inspiring others through our actions, and making a positive difference together.

Last July 29, 2026, we came together for Making Rainy Days Brighter in celebration of Disaster Preparedness Month, highlighting the importance of staying informed, prepared, and resilient in the face of unexpected challenges.

Through meaningful stories, valuable insights, and inspiring moments, we were reminded that preparedness begins with each one of us. Together, we can turn awareness into action and challenges into opportunities to make a difference.

EEI Subsidiaries | Midyear Performance Review and Planning 2026

On July 7, 2026, the EEI Subsidiaries HR Team gathered for its Midyear Performance Review and Planning 2026, centered on the theme “𝘽𝙪𝙞𝙡𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙍𝙚𝙨𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙏𝙚𝙖𝙢𝙨.” The session provided an opportunity to reflect on achievements, align priorities, and strengthen the team’s readiness to navigate challenges and drive success in the second half of the year.

The event was led by Ms. Joji Ng, who facilitated insightful discussions and encouraged collaboration across the team. Ms. Nina Cortez shared key directives and strategic guidance, setting clear expectations and reinforcing the team's goals moving forward. Unit Heads also presented updates on their respective accomplishments, challenges, and initiatives, while laying out their action plans and priorities for the remainder of 2026.

The session highlighted the team's commitment to continuous improvement, operational excellence, and collective success. By embracing the theme “Building Resilient Teams,” the team reaffirmed its dedication to cultivating a supportive, adaptable, and high-performing work environment that will enable them to meet goals and create lasting impact throughout the year.

Celebrating our Everyday Heroes: Honoring Courage, Commitment, and Service 🇵🇭

Last April 10, the Hall of Subs event brought together our subsidiaries in commemoration of the Day of Valor—recognizing not only the bravery of our heroes in history, but also the dedication and resilience we see in our people every day.

The event featured an inspiring career talk from Ms. Joji, empowering employees to pursue growth with purpose. Mr. Jhonsen shared practical and valuable insights on energy saving, encouraging mindful and sustainable practices in the workplace. Mr. Vic also delivered a meaningful message, reinforcing our shared commitment to excellence and service.

Together, we honor the spirit of valor by continuing to serve, lead, and make a difference every single day.
