☐ No damage, torn pages, or unauthorized markings

📌 2. TOURIST VISA (MANDATORY)

Philippine passport holders are NOT visa-free / NOT K-ETA exempt

Documents to submit:

☐ 1 piece passport-sized photo (white background, taken within 6 months)
☐ Original & copy of Passport
☐ Round-trip flight reservation / ticket
