📢 Travel Advisory

We hope to sail with you tomorrow!

Please note that all trips will depend on sea conditions and the Philippine Coast Guard's clearance. If sailing is approved, we'll operate the following schedule:

Santa Fe → Caticlan
• 5:00 AM
• 1:00 PM

Caticlan → Santa Fe
• 8:00 AM
• 3:00 PM

Official Clarification

We would like to clarify the concern regarding the student fare.

Based on what happened, the passenger did not inform the boat staff that they were a student before paying the fare. As a reminder, students are entitled to the discounted fare only if they inform the staff and present a valid student ID at the time of payment. Otherwise, the regular fare will be charged, as stated in our posted policy.

We also want to let everyone know that the parents have already spoken with Kapt. Nodie regarding the incident. After discussing the matter, we gladly agreed to refund the excess amount that was paid.

We respectfully ask everyone that, if any concerns or misunderstandings arise, please coordinate with the management or our boat personnel first before posting on social media. This gives us the opportunity to clarify and resolve the issue immediately. Posting online without first seeking clarification may unintentionally create the impression that we are taking advantage of our passengers, which was never our intention.

We value every passenger and remain committed to providing fair, honest, and respectful service to everyone. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
