In this car rental business, we’ve met all kinds of clients—and every now and then, we meet someone who reminds us why honesty and accountability matter. 💙

This particular renter was honest enough to immediately tell us about the scratches that happened during their rental. Hindi naman talaga natin maiiwasan ang mga ganitong bagay, but what truly mattered to us was that he took responsibility and showed accountability.

Yes, we did charge him kasi malalim talaga ang scratch sa likod but only for the insurance deductibles. We knew it wasn’t intentional, and we appreciated that he didn’t hide what happened. For us, that kind of honesty goes a long way. 🙏

Why do we have a NO CANCELLATION policy? 🤔

Honestly, as much as we’d love to say, “No worries, you can cancel anytime!” — we simply can’t. And here’s why.

When you book a vehicle with us, we don’t just put your name on a calendar. We hold that car exclusively for you and your booked dates. That means we may turn down other inquiries and reservations because we’ve already committed that vehicle to you.

Then, when a cancellation comes in at the last minute, that vehicle may sit unused — and unfortunately, we can’t always find another renter on such short notice.

It’s not about being strict. It’s about being fair to the business, our team, and even the other clients who wanted those same dates. 🙏

BUT HERE’S THE GOOD NEWS! 🥰

We understand that plans can change. Flights get moved, schedules change, emergencies happen.

That’s why we are OPEN FOR RESCHEDULING! 💙

Instead of cancelling your booking, just let us know as early as possible and we’ll do our best to move your reservation to another available date.

We’d rather help you find a solution than simply say “No.” 🤝
