Casa Joaquin BnB is fast becoming a small and informal family oriented and quite private venue /event place for anywhere from 10 to 100 persons for certain family and similar activities such as those listed below : The name of our main venue place is PATIO FLORA where you can hold any of the following :

- baptismal party ,
- graduation or birthday or bridal party,
- bienvenida or despedida party ,
- class or family reunions
- small company meetings and gatherings
- small private weddings


Its a place to meet comfortably , happily in a venue that's always ready within a few days' notice, with a staff to welcome and serve your guests for the above mentioned events .You can get your own caterer and decorator or we can give you a list you can choose from

Its your house for the moment , when your house is not ready or you simply don't want to disturb your own sweet home . And it can also house your overnight household guests ( up to 10 -15 persons) if you don't have room for them .

Good morning from Casa Joaquin where there seems to be a gentle breeze every morning! And having breakfast in the covered patio surrounded by a lush garden with bougainvillea blooms is like a dream because you are in fact in the heart of the city with all airport terminals not so far away and an Ayala Mall and a Landers and a first class 90 bed Healthway Hospital within walking distance.

Arca South finally opened their Ayala Mall beside us now . Yes, only 7 minutes by foot from the front doorsteps of Casa Joaquin BnB, you can now enjoy eating at Mesa, or Chicken Savory or Per-Peri plus other eateries and several coffeshops , foremost among them is Starbucks,of course. The Ayala Mall is open 10 to 9 PM .
