• Handling end to end process of recruitment such as Collaborate with managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings, preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing hiring process
• Conducts or acquires background checks and employee eligibility verifications
• Conducts new hire orientation and employee recognition programs
• Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves, compensation, disputes, and resolve any issues that may arise
• Monitor, review, and complete the needed actions steps to effect additions, changes, availment or deletion of the following benefits:
o SSS benefits
o PHIC benefits
o HDMF benefits
o Issue memos to employees
• Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations and investigations.
• Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
• Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
• Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations
• Excellent multitasking skills within their work space as well as computer software programs.
• Be a professional representative of our company that other employees look up to.
Qualifications:
**Graduate of Human Resource or equivalent courses.
**Knowledgeable in HR functions such as Recruitment, Payroll & Benefits, HR Policies, and Employee Relations
**Basic knowledge of labor laws and compliance
**Excellent communication and people skills
