Alhamdolillah consistent 5 months of over half a million physical / raw cases per month. At Reliance Distribution, we are possessive, obsessive and passionate about out market in which we operate. Nearly 3 million physical cases in 8 months - with a healthy market share, we will not allow an inch of space to our competitors. Best part is approximately 80% sales in retail.
When a Company drives it strategy to stabilise market prices by lowering wholesale discounts and being aggressive on distributors taking shortcuts by undercutting & confining their sales strictly to their own markets - market become stable as the role of wholesaler becomes less important and retail sales thrive.
The most important factor for a distributor is to be well stocked with complete range, ensure stable pricing, complete availability of trucks to service markets and well trained pre sellers being monitored through technology driven KPI’s from the 1st day on the month and not the last 10 days !
