Terms and conditions
Once the parcel has been picked up, the delivery charges will be applied, whether the parcel is accepted by the receiver or not
Advance payment up to 5000
Delivery time 24 hours from the time of pickup
The receivers contact details should be mentioned on the parcel and also should be sent by the message
Calls will be attended during office timings 09:00 AM – 05:00 PM, after that you can contact by text or Whatsapp only
Flat Rs. 150/- is applicable on Door to Door parcels. For pickup from any other shop or point, Rs. 200 will be charged
For same day pickup, please place your order before 12:00 noon. Orders received after 12 will be subject to next day pick-up
Parcels will be checked by the rider at the time of pick up
For food items, Rs. 200 will be charged
For same day delivery, Rs. 200 will be charged
Parcels for Hadeed, Maymar and Baldia Town will be delivered twice a week on fix days.
Please ask you customers to pick the call from the courier, in-order to ensure smooth and timely delivery
