📌 Job Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Handle customer inquiries and provide professional assistance.
Generate new business leads and follow up with potential clients.
Bring in Import & Export Shipment Bookings.
Coordinate with customers regarding their shipping and logistics requirements.
Achieve monthly sales and booking targets.
Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and prospective customers.
✅ Requirements
Good command of English communication.
Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel & Email handling.
Strong customer dealing and communication skills.
Confident, motivated and target-oriented personality.
Previous experience in Shipping / Logistics / Freight Forwarding will be preferred.
