The Society for Empowering Human Resource (SEHER) proudly shares a glimpse of its ongoing commitment to human rights, legal protection, and community empowerment across Balochistan.
Throughout April 2026, SEHER continued its mission of supporting vulnerable and marginalized communities including women, children, refugees, minorities, differently-abled individuals, and people living in difficult circumstances. Through rights-based interventions, legal aid, advocacy, awareness sessions, and field outreach, the organization strengthened access to justice and protection services for hundreds of individuals.

Responded to 2,591 helpline calls

Assisted 280 walk-in cases

Provided 39 legal aid services

Conducted 256 field visits including courts, police stations, camps, and checkpoints

Carried out 93 protection monitoring visits

Organized 03 capacity-building trainings

Reached 703 individuals through awareness and outreach activities

Facilitated legal documentation and protection support for Persons of Concern (POCs)
π SEHERβs dedicated legal and protection teams worked tirelessly across multiple districts of Balochistan to provide immediate support, counseling, referrals, and legal assistance to vulnerable families and refugees facing detention risks, deportation threats, and protection challenges.
π Success Story:
One of the major achievements this month included the successful relocation and protection of a high-risk refugee family in Chaghi through timely legal intervention and coordination efforts. The case was appreciated by UNHCR partners as a strong example of effective humanitarian response and protection advocacy.
