„Dzień dobry.... wracamy, wracamy 😚”
I nagle droga brzmi inaczej.
Bo kiedy jedziesz „tam” — niesie Cię ciekawość.
Kiedy wracasz — niesie Cię tęsknota.
6,5 stopnia przed wschodem słońca.
Chłód wciska się pod kurtkę.
Silnik budzi ciszę.
Ojciec i syn w aucie — jeszcze półprzytomni, jeszcze zaspani,
a jednak gotowi na kolejny odcinek wspólnej historii.
Plan na dziś: ominąć Marrakesz
i dojechać jak najdalej w stronę Casablanca.
Bez wielkich słów.
Po prostu — wracamy.
2250 m n.p.m.
Droga wspina się wysoko, jakby chciała jeszcze na chwilę zatrzymać ich w górach.
Widoki szerokie.
Powietrze rześkie.
Cisza między jednym zakrętem a drugim.
W takich momentach ta podróż naprawdę pokazuje, czym jest.
Nie tylko rajdem.
Nie tylko wyzwaniem.
To ojciec pokazujący synowi świat.
Herbatka.
Dziecko szczęśliwe.
Ojciec — pewnie jeszcze bardziej.
Wieczorem wracają w znajome miejsce pod Marrakeszem.
Śpią tam, gdzie spali jadąc na południe.
Ten sam kawałek ziemi.
Ten sam horyzont.
Tylko kierunek już północny.
Na kolację tajine.
Ciepły, pachnący przyprawami.
Smak drogi.
„Halo halo gdzie Ty 😚”
A potem już tylko:
„Ja padam. Dobranoc....”
Razem.
Kilometr po kilometrze. 💨🚗

“Good morning.... we’re coming back, coming back 😚”
And suddenly the road sounds different.
When you’re going there — curiosity carries you forward.
When you’re coming back — it’s longing that drives you.
6.5°C before sunrise.
Cold air slipping under their jackets.
The engine breaking the mountain silence.
Father and son in the car — still sleepy,
still quiet,
but ready for another chapter of their shared story.
Today’s plan: bypass Marrakesh
and get as far as possible toward Casablanca.
No big speeches.
Just — we’re on our way home.
2,250 meters above sea level.
The road climbs high, as if it wants to hold them in the mountains just a little longer.
Wide horizons.
Crisp air.
Silence between one curve and the next.
This is when the journey reveals what it truly is.
Not just a rally.
Not just a challenge.
It’s a father showing his son the world.
A son learning the road, responsibility, patience.
Shared decisions. Shared fatigue.
Shared “we’ve got this.”
Along the way, they buy olive oil straight from a local press.
Fresh baguettes dipped in golden oil for lunch.
The simplest things taste best when eaten on the hood of a car, with mountains in front of you.
A Moroccan teapot.
Sweet mint tea.
A happy kid.
And probably an even happier father.
By evening, they return to the same wild spot near Marrakesh where they slept on the way south.
The same ground.
The same horizon.
Only the direction has changed.
Dinner: tajine.
Warm, fragrant with spices.
The taste of the road.
“Hey, hey, where are you? 😚”
And later:
“I’m exhausted. Goodnight, my love 😚”
Tonight, exhaustion carries the weight of altitude and hundreds of kilometers.
But this journey has never been only about distance.
One day — years from now —
the son may not remember exact numbers.
But he’ll remember mornings at 6.5 degrees,
olive oil from a roadside press,
mountain passes,
and that he was sitting right next to his dad.
They’re heading back.
Together.
Kilometer after kilometer. 💨🚗
