PostNord is one of 400 European companies that are leading the way towards a low-carbon economy.
With Green by PostNord, Postnord wants to shoulder the leadership role to show that it is possible to switch to fossil-free transport by 2030, including more than 13,000 vehicles on the Nordic roads driven by PostNord and partners. One of the milestones is that all last mile transports shall be emission-free throughout the Nordic region by no later than 2027.

In Norway there are some special demands on foreign e-retailers who want to do business in the country. Since Norway is not a member of the EU they have their own system called VOEC (VAT On Electronic Commerce) to enable simplified customs procedures, with no customs declarations.

The country is the 18th largest market for with a revenue of 14.7 billion euros in 2021, according to research. This represents a 38 percent increase from last year.
