100 % GREEN "VILLA IBIZA" WINS 1ST PRICE CEMEX AWARD IN Puerto Rico.

We , Gerard Lathouwers Van Hall and engineer Ruben Ortiz won The CEMEX special Award for most SUSTAINABLE construction in Puerto Rico.

Also we won the 3rd price for architecture and design .

We will represent Puerto Rico in Mexico for the World CEMEX award on 9-11-2017 .
