I dont understand some people, this is the worste year for me with many people not respecting our work, even now im in front of an hotel whaything for 3 customers to take back to the airport, they are not here and dont even cancel the transfer, if you decide to cancel your bookings just tell me, there is no problem but at least tell me something instead of make us loose our time, this haphent so many times this year that i dont even know how many times it was already, have a little more respect for our work, if it was a mistake i would understand, everyone can made a mistake but this is not mistakes
We meet really nice people this year but some other people i wish they never had booked with us, for those ones that didnt respect our work please forget my number, what a terrible year this year
