They just... wait. And by the time they're ready, the dates they wanted are gone, or the price has moved.

We keep our groups small on purpose — ten travelers, sometimes fewer. Long lunches. Wine cellars that smell like oak and time. Mornings with no itinerary rushing you through them.

Prices go up on September 15th. Your reservation doesn't have to be final today — the deposit is fully refundable, so you can hold your dates and decide the rest later.
