Progress surf school The main goal of Progress surf school is to provide you with a unique surf experience. We are the only surf school in Ribamar. Each class is approx. 3 hours.

Progress surf school is based in the north of Ericeira in a typical Portuguese village called Ribamar. This is the place where you can eat the best seafood of Portugal and where the most famous wave of Ericeira is found: Coxos. Most of the courses will be given at surf spots like São Lourenço, Coxos and Praia Azul. We offer our clients surf lessons far away from the hectic and crowded beaches of E

riceira. We give our surf lessons at the quiet beaches of this area. Our surf teachers will carefully choose the best surf spot for your surfing level. Our team of qualified teachers are local surfers who perfectly know and master all the technical aspects of the sport. They know the region inside out and will be happy to share their knowledge and teach you how to read, surf and enjoy the ocean at its best. How to surf safely and how to feel confident in different surfing conditions, that is what you will learn with us. Let us take your surfing to a higher level. Start the Progress
Week course including 5 days of surf classes (Monday to Friday). Four to five hours of surf lessons a day. Surf material is included in the price. There is a maximum of twelve students per course. They will be accompanied by minimum two qualified surf teachers. The surf classes are made out of theory and practice. Five days to learn to surf anywhere on earth! With the manual and personal appoach, photo and video coaching your progress is guaranteed. This course include transport from a meeting point to the beach. Surf 4 Progress
This course is especially set up for intermediate surfers who want to take their surfing to the next level. It is the goal of four sessions to experience four different spots and to gain more knowledge about these world class waves. This course has between 2 and 6 participants.

We’re Hiring a Social Media Pro!!
Progress Surf School is growing — and we’re looking for a talented freelancer to help us level up our digital presence and get more surf students online.

Your mission: Help us grow our community, boost bookings, and share the soul of surfing with the world.

Your Tasks Will Include:
• Creating and posting Reels, stories, and engaging surf content
• Managing and growing our Instagram and YouTube accounts
• Setting up and running targeted ads (Meta, YouTube, etc.)
• Engaging with our surf-loving community
• Tracking results and helping us grow smartly
• Promoting our surf lessons, retreats, and packages to the right audience

Bonus if you love surfing, storytelling, and know how to build hype with video.

This is a remote role – but it helps if you know or love Portugal, Ericeira, and the surf lifestyle.
