Pizza in a Croatian bar, made with a native Italian from Bari. 😉🍕
Italian food culture has something truly special about it its strength lies in simplicity and a deep respect for tradition. Italians stay true to their recipes, yet even though the Croatian version of the Diavola pizza had different toppings, he still enjoyed it!
Being open to new flavors, having the courage to experiment, and breaking the rules when combining ingredients – that’s my philosophy in the kitchen. 👩‍🍳🍕
