was decreed by DGS, and turismo de Portugal, the measures that our company had to adopt, in order to protect the health of all
therefore, and until further changes, TAVITRAVEL will scrupulously comply with all measures for the safety of everyone.

our vehicles are already equipped with alcohol gel for hand disinfection

equipped with disinfectant in order that every time customers use the same seats, doors, and all components are properly disinfected and in this way the next customers use with proper hygiene, to this is added wipes also in alcohol

we also chose, once or twice a week, to perform a total disinfection in the vehicles, in companies duly certified for this purpose.

all the employees of our company, are properly trained and conformed to this measure, constantly wearing a protective mask, and gloves in case they have to touch objects, such as suitcases etc etc.
we will also have, in all vehicles, substitute masks, in order and if any customer does not obtain it, they will be provided at a symbolic price, of about 0.80 € the unit (we all know that there will be customers from whom, for various reasons, they will not obtain the masks, and as you know, all this material is supported financially by us company

according to the law, the transportation of any passenger who does not intend to comply with the imposed rules will not be allowed

customer transport capacity, was imposed on us in the same way as on all public transport

therefore, in each vehicle we will only be able to transport 1/3 of its capacity
that is, in a vehicle that carries eight (8) passengers, we can only carry five (5) passengers, until changes to the rules mentioned above

I am perfectly aware that all this effort and care is somewhat painful to all of us, with the hope that this problem will be overcome as soon as possible.
