The Amiri Diwan announced the sad passing of the great leader of the nation, HH The Father Amir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani, this morning, on July 12, at the age of 74.
“May Allah envelop the great leader of the nation in His vast mercy and forgiveness, and grant him a spacious place in Paradise with the prophets, the righteous, the martyrs, and the virtuous.
May God reward him on our behalf with the best of rewards for the great and enduring deeds he performed for his nation and the Arab and Islamic world, and inspire us all with patience and solace”
أعلن الديوان الأميري، صباح اليوم 12 يوليو، وفاة قائد الوطن العظيم، حضرة صاحب السمو الأمير الوالد الشيخ حمد بن خليفة آل ثاني، عن عمر ناهز 74 عاماً.
«نسأل الله أن يتغمد قائد الوطن العظيم بواسع رحمته ومغفرته، وأن يسكنه
فسيح جناته مع النبيين والصديقين والشهداء والصالحين وحسن أولئك رفيقاً.
وأن يجزيه عنا خير الجزاء على ما قدمه من أعمال جليلة وخالدة لوطنه وأمته العربية والإسلامية، وأن يلهم الجميع الصبر والسلوان».
