Public Apology to our Valued Customers
MQ Cargo Services would like to sincerely apologize to everyone—especially to our valued customers in the Philippines who have trusted us for years—for the delays in the delivery of cargo shipments to their respective addresses.
We would like to clearly state that all previous cargos, including Containers 6, 7, and 8, are secured and will be delivered. Our operations team is actively working to complete all pending deliveries as soon as possible. Kindly give us 1-2 months to close our internal issues for the Container 6 and 8, but rest assured that the Container 7 is currently on it's way to our customer's consignee address with 100% assurance to be received. Furthermore, the Company confirms that future containers will proceed under revised operational protocols, as backlog issues have been addressed through internal restructuring and reinforcement of logistics management systems.
We would like to request also not to drag our Kabayan employees as they are only doing their part and what the management instructed to them. Our Field operations are still doing regular operations as we want to recover and maintain the services without delays.
