O premieră pentru Rețeaua Electrică de Transport din România: instalația STATCOM de la Sibiu Sud a fost inaugurată după finalizarea înainte de termen a proiectului. ⚡

Electromontaj a contribuit, în asociere cu Siemens Energy, la realizarea proiectului de instalare a primelor două instalații STATCOM de ±150 MVAr din Rețeaua Electrică de Transport a României, în stațiile electrice Sibiu Sud și Bradu, pentru Transelectrica.

Cele două instalații contribuie la o rețea mai stabilă și mai flexibilă și facilitează integrarea energiei produse din surse regenerabile.
Finalizarea înainte de termenul contractual a fost posibilă datorită oamenilor și bunei colaborări dintre toate echipele implicate.

Le mulțumim colegilor și partenerilor care au contribuit, prin profesionalism și implicare, la realizarea unei investiții importante pentru infrastructura energetică a României.

A premiere for Romania’s Electricity Transmission Network: the STATCOM facility in Sibiu Sud was inaugurated following the project’s early completion. ⚡

Electromontaj, in partnership with Siemens Energy, contributed to the project to install the first two ±150 MVAr STATCOM systems in Romania’s Electricity Transmission Network, at the Sibiu Sud and Bradu substations, for Transelectrica.

The two systems contribute to a more stable and flexible grid and facilitate the integration of energy generated from renewable sources.

Completion ahead of the contractual deadline was made possible thanks to the people involved and the excellent collaboration among all the teams.

We thank our colleagues and partners who, through their professionalism and dedication, contributed to the completion of this important investment in Romania’s energy infrastructure.

Astăzi am fost alături de Profit.ro la cea de-a X-a ediție a Profit Energy.Forum, unde am discutat despre infrastructura energetică, prioritățile de dezvoltare, provocările și oportunitățile unui sector esențial pentru economie.

Pe măsură ce infrastructura energetică se dezvoltă într-un ritm accelerat, tehnologia, digitalizarea și inovația devin tot mai importante. Nu sunt doar instrumente care susțin această evoluție, ci fundamente care pot determina dezoltarea unui sistem energetic mai performant, mai rezilient și pregătit pentru viitor.

O infrastructură energetică solidă înseamnă mai mult decât energie. Înseamnă dezvoltare economică, oportunități și premise mai bune pentru calitatea vieții în comunitățile noastre.

Today, we joined Profit.ro for the Xth edition of PROFIT ENERGY.forum, where we discussed energy infrastructure, development priorities, and the challenges and opportunities facing a sector that is essential to the economy.

As energy infrastructure continues to develop at an accelerated pace, technology, digitalization, and innovation are becoming increasingly important. They are not just tools supporting this evolution, but key drivers in building a more efficient, resilient, and future-ready energy system.

O nouă serie de cursanți învață la Școala PRO ELM ELECTRICE! ⚡

În sesiunea de toamnă-primăvară 2026-2027, participanții se pregătesc pentru două calificări:
🔹 Electrician protecție relee, automatizări și măsurători electrice
🔹 Electrician mo***re și reparații linii electrice aeriene (LEA)

De peste 14 ani, îmbinăm pregătirea teoretică cu instruirea practică pe șantierele Electromontaj, pentru ca ceea ce cursanții învață la școală să poată fi aplicat în proiectele pe care le derulăm.

Prin aceste cursuri, autorizate de Ministerul Muncii și Ministerul Educației, continuăm să investim în oamenii și competențele de care domeniul energetic are nevoie.

Le dorim tuturor cursanților spor la învățat și încredere în ceea ce construiesc pentru parcursul lor profesional!

A new class of students is studying at the PRO ELM ELECTRICE School! ⚡

In the fall-spring 2026–2027 session, participants are preparing for two certifications:
🔹 Electrician specializing in relay protection, automation, and electrical measurements
🔹 Overhead Power Line (OPL) Installation and Maintenance Electrician

For over 14 years, we have been combining theoretical training with hands-on instruction at Electromontaj job sites, so that what students learn in school can be applied to the projects we carry out.

Through these courses, authorized by the Ministry of Labor and the Ministry of Education, we continue to invest in the people and skills that the energy sector needs.

We wish all our students success in their studies and confidence in what they are building for their professional careers!

Astăzi am participat la întâlnirea de deschidere a proiectului-pilot de retehnologizare a stației 220/110/20 kV Alba Iulia în concept de stație digitală, împreună cu reprezentanții Transelectrica și ai partenerilor implicați în proiect.

Experiența Electromontaj în construirea infrastructurii energetice este completată de competențele Vodafone Romania în domeniul tehnologiei și comunicațiilor, în cadrul unui proiect-reper pentru modernizarea și operarea stațiilor electrice.

Stația Alba Iulia va integra soluții digitale pentru monitorizarea echipamentelor și gestionarea mai eficientă a infrastructurii.

Pentru Electromontaj, acest proiect reprezintă un pas important către următoarea generație de infrastructură energetică, în care datele susțin decizii mai bine fundamentate și o mentenanță mai eficientă.

Today, we attended the opening meeting for the pilot project to upgrade the 220/110/20 kV Alba Iulia substation into a digital substation, together with representatives of Transelectrica and the project partners.

Electromontaj’s experience in developing energy infrastructure is complemented by Vodafone Romania’s expertise in technology and communications, as part of a landmark project for modernizing and operating power substations.

The Alba Iulia substation will integrate digital solutions for equipment monitoring and more efficient infrastructure management.

For Electromontaj, this project represents an important step toward the next generation of energy infrastructure, where data supports better-informed decisions and more efficient maintenance.

Ne-am întors pe teren! ⚽

Electromontaj participă din nou la Campionatul Național de Fotbal Corporatist, la cea de-a XXVIII-a ediție a competiției.

Aseară am jucat primul meci al sezonului, într-un cadru organizat profesionist, care pune accent pe performanță, fair-play și spirit de echipă.

Pentru noi, această competiție înseamnă mai mult decât fotbal. Este o ocazie de a ne reprezenta compania cu mândrie și de a arăta că aceleași valori ne ghidează și la muncă, și pe teren.

Last night we played our first game of the season in a professionally organized setting that emphasizes performance, fair play, and team spirit.

Cea de-a cincea ediție a programului de internship Arhitect Electric a ajuns la final!

În ultimele luni, studenții au fost alături de echipele noastre, au descoperit mai îndeaproape activitatea din domeniul energetic și au transformat ceea ce au învățat în facultate în experiență practică.

În ultima zi a programului, și-au prezentat proiectele, ideile și soluțiile la care au lucrat, în fața colegilor și a mentorilor care i-au îndrumat pe parcurs.

Arhitect Electric aduce împreună oameni cu experiență și tineri aflați la începutul carierei. Este despre întrebări, învățare, provocări reale și curajul de a transforma ideile în acțiuni concrete.

The fifth edition of the Arhitect Electric internship program has come to an end!

Over the past few months, the students have worked alongside our teams, gained a deeper understanding of the energy sector, and turned what they learned in college into practical experience.

On the program’s final day, they presented the projects, ideas, and solutions they had been working on to their colleagues and the mentors who guided them along the way.

Arhitect Electric brings together experienced professionals and young people at the start of their careers. It’s about asking questions, learning, tackling real-world challenges, and having the courage to turn ideas into concrete actions.

We thank all participants for their energy, commitment, and curiosity. We wish them great success in everything that lies ahead!

O discuție despre energie, tehnologie și idei care pot deveni soluții aplicate.

Echipa Electromontaj s-a întâlnit cu reprezentanții Campus Research Institute pentru a explora direcții de colaborare în zona inteligenței artificiale, a tehnologiilor autonome și a infrastructurii energetice.

Colaborarea cu mediul academic aduce împreună cercetarea, experiența din proiecte și perspective noi, cu potențial de aplicare în provocările actuale ale industriei.

We were pleased to welcome representatives of Electromontaj S.A., led by Daniela Ioanitescu, Technical Department Director, Andrei Dorcioman, Internal Works Division Director, and Andrei Buligescu, Project Manager, for a meeting focused on opportunities for collaboration in green energy and sustainable infrastructure through the deployment of artificial intelligence technologies. The visit was hosted by Prof. Bogdan Ionescu, President of the CAMPUS Research Institute, together with Cristian Stanciu from AIMultimediaLab.

Electromontaj is part of EM Group, which brings together companies with extensive capabilities in delivering turnkey projects, ranging from overhead conductors, clamps and fittings to towers, drilled foundations and electrical substations. With the capacity to manage complex projects simultaneously across different continents, EM Group is active in several strategic sectors, including green energy, telecommunications, utilities, real estate and road infrastructure. The Group also operates one of the largest and most modern tower testing stations in the world.

The meeting provided an excellent opportunity to connect this industrial expertise with the research and innovation activities developed within our institute, exploring potential directions for future joint projects, technology development, and knowledge transfer between academia and industry in key areas such as AI, UAVs, UGVs, and advanced materials.

Such collaborations can support the development and implementation of innovative solutions for renewable energy, resilient electrical infrastructure and the transition towards a more sustainable and electrified future. We look forward to transforming shared ideas and expertise into future projects with real-world impact.

De Ziua Inginerului Român, ne gândim cu recunoștință la colegii noștri ingineri și la rolul lor esențial în toate proiectele pe care le realizăm împreună. Prin expertiza lor, proiectează, coordonează și fac posibilă construirea infrastructurii energetice de care avem nevoie.

În spatele fiecărei linii electrice, stații electrice, parc eolian sau proiect de infrastructură energetică se află multă pregătire, atenție la detalii, responsabilitate și soluții găsite pentru provocările din teren.

Colegii noștri sunt motorul proiectelor pe care le dezvoltăm: transformă cerințele tehnice în soluții concrete, coordonează etapele esențiale și colaborează cu echipele din teren pentru ca energia să ajungă acolo unde este nevoie de ea. Prin munca lor, susțin dezvoltarea unui sistem energetic mai sigur și mai sustenabil.
