- 1st level (above the 2m height concrete pillars) – living, kitchenette,1 bathroom, fireplace, 2 exterior terraces, 3D TV (satellite connected), audio system;
- 2nd level (first floor) – 4 rooms
• Room 1 – one canopy bed (2persons);
• Room 2 - one canopy bed (2persons), plus 1 single bed (1person);
• Room 3 - one matrimonial bed (2persons);
• Room 4 – one matrimonial bed (2persons)
• 1 separated bathroom
- 3rd level (attic) – 8m/8m open space with sofa, 2 double beds and 3 single beds (camping style), 1 technical room;
- Courtyard – 1500sqm, lawn covered, with open space kitchen / terrace
