Looking back at 2025 – moving forward together in 2026 🚀

As we step into a new year, we take a moment to reflect on what 2025 brought to the SAMEDAYLOGISTICS group.
It was a year of growth, transformation and stronger collaboration across our international network, with a significant increase in intra-company cooperation and teamwork across borders.

An urgent machinery spare part had to be delivered to Vaasa, Finland — with speed and precision.

Samedaylogistics made it happen: The chosen route included a morning departure via Düsseldorf 8.25 AM to Helsinki, followed by a connecting flight to Vaasa at 12.30 PM. Both flights operated on time, allowing the shipment to be handed over directly to the customer at 02.00 PM.

Generation change at SAMEDAYLOGISTICS 🚀

After almost 30 years, our founder Holger Zulauf is handing over the operational management of SAMEDAYLOGISTICS to the next generation. What started in 1996 as a specialist service provider for emergency logistics is now an internationally leading provider for Industrial Emergency, Life Science, and Radiopharmaceuticals – with a strong global network and a highly committed team.

Operational management will now be taken over by Teo Ducu, while Stefan Glebke (Life Science) will be responsible for strategic development. Holger Zulauf will remain on board in an advisory capacity until the end of the year before dedicating himself to new projects.

We thank Holger for his entrepreneurial vision, his perseverance, and his trust – and look forward to the next chapter with new energy and a clear direction.

SAMEDAYLOGISTICS remains what it has always been: reliable, fast, and ready to set new standards in logistics. 💪

Critical aircraft part delivered from Hamburg to London! 🛫🔧🇬🇧

Pickup in Hamburg – delivery to London Heathrow. An AOG situation where every second counts. ⚠️✈️

A time-critical aircraft spare part needed to be delivered fast to avoid delays on the tarmac. Collected at 07:12 PM LT and handed over in London at 10:53 PM LT – all with zero delays and maximum precision. ⏱️
