Uleks is "covering distance round the equator" for Sberbank

In late September we celebrated the anniversary of our richest professional project: during the year we are actively transporting furniture for departments of Sberbank of Russia. We’ve got an amusing traffic statistics for the past year: total number of operated vehicles was 292 cars, railway containers - 31 units and air containers – more than 29 tons of cargo.

Passed miles: for cars – 566,000 km (the same distance for 14 times around the equator), for railway containers – 165,000 km (4 times around the equator). The furniture was transported across all Russian territory - from Norilsk and Dagestan to Vladivostok. The most difficult and as a consequence multistage deliveries were for Naryan-Mar, Yar-Sale, Magadan.

The project is in process.

Uleks became the general sponsor of the Ski Marathon 2013 in the USBR Championship.

Just recently, our company became the general sponsor of ski marathon in the USBR Championship Cup 2013 (The following 3 stages of competition are expected: Christmas ski marathon, marathon- biathlon "Arise, Huge Country" and an unpredictable marathon "Istra distance"). In previous years these ski competitions involved former and current Russian champions in skiing and biathlon. Uleks provided a very solid foundation for the cash prizes and three incentive categories; we shall assist in the organization of the event financially and technically. Our company is planning a permanent sponsorship and full support, as well as promoting of the movement "The Union of Strong & Brave Romantics."

Fruitful & long-term cooperation with JSC "Russian Railways".

At the beginning of November it will be the first anniversary since "Uleks" negotiated & began working as a carrier for JSC "Russian Railways" (particularly for their department providing railway training centers with diesel locomotive simulators, visual aids, etc. across Russia). The diesel cab mockups & mockups of electric locomotives were transported with massive 5-tonned vehicles (their amount was not less than 38 m3) & with trucks (with the amount not less than 92 m3). During the year we completed the delivery of simulators for the cities of Vologda, Michurinsk, Volkhov, Bologoe Velikiey Lukey, Kazan, Volgograd, Murom, Agryz, Tuapsey, Belorechensk, Elets, Timashevsk, Petrozavodsk & for a number of other cities.

Next "Two "Stars."

On October 24 "Uleks" transported TV equipment for TV channel "The Star" once again. This time, "The Star" has decided to improve the broadcasting quality for Stavropol Territory (Nevinnomyssk town) & for Murmansk region (Murmansk city). The vehicles with antennas and "TV filling» went right to those places. We are pleased that the "The Star" is dynamically spreading more airwaves, and of course, it’s great encourage that they do it and with our assistance.

P.S. We have already reported that our company has regularly been performing the delivery of broadcasting equipment for the state television channel "The Star" since May 2011. Last year we performed deliveries to Arkhangelsk, Ivanovo, Saratov, Volgograd, Arzamas, Nevinnomyssk, Murmansk & Astrakhan.

"Uleks" celebrated Chinese New Year.

This year the world celebrated Chinese New Year at night on February, 10. Chinese New Year sounds as “Chun Jie” in its native language, which means Spring Festival, & it’s the most important holiday for indigenous people of China. Among new years that world celebrates annually this one is most ancient - it is celebrated for over two thousand years. With the introduction of the Gregorian calendar, this day became known as "Spring Festival", to distinguish it from New Year according to the Western style.

"Uleks" officials decided to join the Eastern tradition & give the Dragon an honorable send-off, to give him thanks for profitable last year, & to let the wise Water Snake come in. On this day all the employees stuck to the colors of the next year in their clothes. Lunch was served at a round table with Chinese dishes & national wines of China exceptionally. The proposed toasts related to the subject of Chinese folklore, as well as to versatility & mystery of China. Pink tuna with daikon, Wonton of rice dough with seafood, smoked eel with buckwheat noodles & arugula in rice paper used to be the most popular dishes. We were pleasantly surprised by the diversity of national Chinese cuisine; its variety of sauces left the most cheerful impression. The East is a delicate matter.
Wise Water snake is a good sign of a new year.

"Uleks" establishes an incentive prize fund with a payment unit - Ullers.

On the New 2013 Year eve, “Uleks” Commercial & Financial department of large & small rewards made the production & emission (spread) of local currency – Ullers – among employees. Ullers is a stable & secure payment unit of our company. It (Ullers) is protected by the company guarantee from inflation and devaluation. Notes have the following denominations: 1, 2, 5, 10, 50 & 100 Ullerses. Honorable value of notes depends on their face value: 1 Ullers - an additional day of paid leave, 2 Ullerses allow to be late for 2 hours or to leave the place of job 2 hours earlier, 5 – a week of double lunches, 10 Ullerses - ""in the top ten! "Uleks" & magic figures. We celebrate the date 12.12.2012 at 12 o’clock & 12 minutes!

The world around us is full of mysteries, unique beauty & magical coincidences. So our friendly staff shows respect to the ancient Julian chronology & honors it by celebrating a considerable match of numbers - 12.12.2012! These matches are very rare - once in 100-200 years, and we all are very fortunate to observe such an event (the next match 12/12/2112 - will be exactly one hundred years after. Shall we live that long?!).

We gathered at the holiday table & when the second hand reached 12 on the 12/12/2012 at 12 o’clock & 12 minutes according to Moscow time, we all thanked the magic figures for our success & made some wishes. Of course, they will come true!

"Uleks" organized another delivery of equipment for PLC “Norilsk Nickel Mining & Metallurgical Company” to Murmansk by three trucks.

At the end of December carrier company "Uleks" delivered commercial equipment for PLC "Norilsk Nickel" to Murmansk by three vehicles. Our client, a company "Russian Project" (which equips markets by commercial equipment), started ordering Uleks’s transport in summer. In August, the first truck went to Norilsk, followed by another one in October & by three more cars in December. All transportations by "Uleks" were carried suitably, on time & with good quality. A project with PLC "Norilsk Nickel" is long-termed, so in 2013 more than 6 transfers for this company are planned. According to the plan the first truck is under load already at the beginning of February, 2013.

"Uleks" & "Aviahelp" are in six-months cooperation.

In the first decade of November it’s already six months from the time of the first meeting & the first delivery for the company "Aviahelp."

CJSC "Aviahelp" specializes in aviation technical equipment supply & repair services for airlines. The company is among the largest private providers of aircraft parts for domestic & imported airplanes (Boeing and Airbus) in the Russian aviation market.

Currently, mutually beneficial cooperation with the company is stable (we have regular transportation of different sizes cargo across Moscow & Moscow region); our partnership is notable for full understanding of the transportation mechanism by the employees of both companies. We appreciate it, because the positive point in relations was reached after a period of adaptation & evaluation of profits. Professionals always understand & appreciate each other – it’s great pleasure this happened to "Uleks" & "Aviahelp." Moreover, to date, we’ve already held two cargo deliveries for "Aviahelp" in Russia - "Uleks" has organized the delivery of expensive aircraft spare parts from Arkhangelsk to Moscow.

"Uleks" regularly delivers cargo for Olympic facilities to Sochi & to Krasnaya Polyana.

From the beginning of the great Olympic building in Sochi ""Uleks"" regularly transports building materials, road equipment, various other equipment and snow guns, equipment for sports facilities & for hotel complex to the mentioned region. We provide transportation both by trucks (traveling via ferry in Novorossiysk)/direct trucks (with passes directly to Sochi) & by private cars with a body length of up to 8.5 m. This variety of vehicles is enough to work out the transportation tasks for forthcoming Winter Olympics.

In autumn "Uleks" felt keenly that finally the country leadership has taken the control under the timing of Olympic facilities commissioning - in September & October our car ""caravan"" drove directly to Krasnaya Polyana. During this time more than 15 trucks, 10-tonned trucks & other smaller cars have delivered hotel equipment, toiletries, bedding, flooring, laminate for conference rooms & a variety of consumer products to the village of Esto-Sadok in HCA "Rose Farm". About 20 truck deliveries are planned for the current period (if European manufacturers are in time - the basic goods are shipped right from them). All these goods are more than a usual demand, as pre-Olympic tests are already in process over there (tests concern ski jumping competition, Nordic combined, etc.). In addition some of the Olympians are living in the hotel complex (permanently or temporarily) during the training process.

"Uleks" supports our Olympians; we hope for their coming wins, and we are pleased that through our assistance as well they will have everything for full training and recreation.

"Uleks" organized transportation for "Gazprom" warehouse.



Last week, from 06.11.2012 to 09.11.2012, ""Uleks"" was organizing a movement of "Gazprom" warehouse from Krivtsovo settlement, Moscow region, to a new location in the village Mikhnevo. During these 4 days 23 uncovered long side vehicles were transporting Block boxes (domestic & residential areas) & storage equipment to the new location. The customer of these trucking is St. Petersburg company called "Greenway-Neva", which is a certified "Gazprom" broker & customs clearance services provider. On the part of our company the delivery service was established accurately & on time.

Thanks to the coordinated interaction of our managers & drivers; & despite the carping of traffic police officers (the latest were confused by the height of the trucks) the movement went in compliance with the planned scenario.
