The real work behind a charter movement often happens before the cargo is airborne.

For this shipment, our team made 2 to 3 airport visits during the build up stage, followed up continuously with all stakeholders, and worked through delays caused by the availability of build up materials.

With the flight schedule changing as a result, close coordination was essential to keep the movement progressing until departure.

Sometimes logistics is not just about moving cargo. It is about staying on top of every detail until the cargo moves.

العمل الحقيقي وراء أي رحلة شحن جوي مستأجرة يبدأ غالبًا قبل إقلاع الطائرة.

في هذه الشحنة، قام فريقنا بزيارة المطار من مرتين إلى ثلاث مرات خلال مرحلة التجهيز، مع متابعة مستمرة لجميع الأطراف المعنية، والعمل على تجاوز التأخيرات الناتجة عن عدم توفر مواد وتجهيزات البناء الخاصة بالشحنة في الوقت المطلوب.

ومع تغيّر جدول الرحلة نتيجة لهذه الظروف، كانت عملية التنسيق والمتابعة الدقيقة ضرورية لضمان استمرار سير العمل حتى موعد الإقلاع.

في بعض الأحيان، لا تقتصر الخدمات اللوجستية على نقل الشحنة فحسب، بل تتمثل في متابعة كل تفصيل مهما كان صغيرًا حتى تتحرك الشحنة بنجاح.

While most people are preparing to celebrate Eid with their families tonight, part of our operations team is still on the ground completing a critical transit movement.
This shipment had remained stuck at Jeddah Airport for more than one month after operational difficulties faced by another service provider. By the time the matter reached us, storage charges alone had crossed a considerable amount.

Despite receiving final confirmation only a day ago, Team KILFAD immediately mobilized and worked continuously to complete customs clearance tonight before Eid holidays.

The shipment is now successfully moving onward to Kuwait for final delivery. ✈️🚛🇸🇦🇰🇼

Moments like this remind me that logistics is not only about cargo movement.

It is about commitment, responsibility, fast decision making and teams who continue working while the world sleeps.

Early this morning on Eid day, Team KILFAD successfully handled another critical charter air export operation at Dammam Airport with smooth coordination and timely ex*****on.

Proud of the dedication and commitment shown by our Air Export team who remained on ground ensuring the movement was completed successfully during the Eid holidays.
