💼Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Generate new leads through online channels such as social media, email campaigns, and online advertising.
🔹 Engage with potential and existing customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to understand their needs.
🔹 Conduct online service demonstrations and presentations to highlight features and benefits.
🔹 Negotiate pricing and terms and successfully close sales deals.
🔹 Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
🔹 Track sales activities, prepare reports, and provide regular feedback to management.
🔹 Collaborate with marketing, IT, and other departments to support sales and marketing campaigns.
🔹 Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
✅Qualifications:
🔹Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
🔹1–3 years of experience in online sales, telesales, or customer service.
🔹Strong communication and negotiation skills.
🔹Good command of English (spoken and written).
🔹Ability to use CRM systems, MS Office, and online sales platforms.
🔹Customer-oriented with a strong sales mindset.
🔹Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
🔹Strong follow-up and time management skills.
