Responsible for entering contract data, following up on contract status, entering data about the packages, and extracting reports. This will primarily involve dealing with the unified portal for External Hajj (E-Hajj system).
Maintain and organize records to ensure they are up-to-date and easily accessible.
Regularly review data for errors, inconsistencies, or discrepancies and take corrective actions, as necessary.
Verify data accuracy by cross-checking with source documents.
Report and resolve any data integrity issues with the Data Manager.
Adhere to data protection and privacy regulations, ensuring the confidentiality of customer information.
Follow company policies and procedures for data security and integrity.

🔹 Job requirement & Skills:
Familiarity with travel reservation systems and dealing with the unified portal for External Haj (E-Hajj system) is a must.
Proficiency in data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook).
Proficient in English and Arabic typing.
Previous experience working during the Hajj season.
