Job Alert: Sales Manager - Air, Sea Freight & Storage
Hoopoe Cargo & Logistics Company is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Manager to lead our growth across Air Freight, Sea Freight, and Warehousing/Storage solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for all three key service lines: Air Freight, Ocean Freight, and dedicated Contract Logistics/Storage.
Target Acquisition: Identify, pursue, and close significant B2B opportunities, focusing on high-volume and long-term storage facility contracts.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain deep, trusted relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers across various industries.
Profitability Focus: Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to ensure pricing and solutions drive maximum profitability and value.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with Operations and Product teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customized customer solutions.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience: Minimum 5 years of successful sales experience within the Freight Forwarding and Logistics industry is mandatory.
Domain Expertise: Demonstrated ability to sell and manage complex services in Air Cargo, Sea Cargo (FCL/LCL), AND Warehousing/Contract Logistics.
Track Record: Proven history of meeting or exceeding aggressive sales targets and bringing in significant new business revenue.
Skills: Exceptional negotiation, communication, presentation, and CRM proficiency.
Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
