Following legal counsel and as we continue to navigate the challenges resulting from the collapse of FTI Touristik GmbH in June 2024, we regret to inform you that all future bookings with travel dates from 1st November 2024 onwards will be cancelled.
At this time, no final decision can be announced regarding the future of Youtravel.com. We will provide further updates in the coming weeks as more information becomes available.

Youtravel.com Update – 18th July 2024
We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to all our partners for their unwavering support and constant check-ins during these challenging times, the team at Youtravel.com truly appreciates it.
Despite our best efforts over the past 7 weeks, the complexity of our group means that it has become more difficult than initially expected to structure a takeover. We still find ourselves locked in advanced talks to secure our future and hope to be able to give some clarity on the position in the upcoming weeks.
In light of this, we have made the difficult decision to extend our cancellation policy once again to the 31st October 2024 (inclusive). This extension aims to provide our partners with additional time to arrange rebooking’s and alternative solutions for their clients.
Any bookings in the Youtravel system for arrivals up to and including 31st October 2024 will be automatically cancelled without any charges by Monday 22nd July 2024.
Please note that bookings from 1st November 2024 onwards will remain active at this time.
We understand the inconvenience that this may cause and sincerely apologize for any disruption caused to your business and clients.

Youtravel.com Update – 25th June 2024
We want to express our gratitude to all our partners for their unwavering support and patience since the announcement on the 3rd June 2024.
The insolvency of FTI Touristik GmbH has had a significant impact on Youtravel.com. Over the past three weeks, our management has been actively engaging with the appointed administrator of the FTI group and undergoing the M&A process to secure our future.
Whilst we are hopeful for a positive conclusion to these talks soon, we have made the difficult decision to cancel all bookings until and including the 26th July 2024. We understand the inconvenience this may cause and sincerely apologize for any disruption.
Any active bookings in the Youtravel system for arrivals up to and including July 26th will be automatically cancelled without any charges by Monday 1st July 2024.
Please note that bookings from July 27th onwards will remain active at this time and will be subject to the cancellation charges as displayed.

A recent update from Youtravel.com following the insolvency of FTI Touristik GmbH - 11th June 2024
We would like to offer our sincere apologies to all our partners who have been affected by the insolvency of FTI Touristik GmbH. We understand that this situation has caused inconvenience and uncertainty.
Whilst discussions and negotiations are still ongoing to take our business forward, We have made the decision to cancel all bookings until July 5th, 2024. However, please note that we will not take any action in our system until June 13th, allowing you time to re-protect the booking.
Any bookings that are still active in the Youtravel system for arrivals up to and including July 5th will be automatically cancelled with no cancellation charges by Thursday, June 13th.
Please be aware that bookings from July 6th onwards will remain active at this time and will be subject to the cancellation charges as displayed.
We have made the decision to extend the cancellation window beyond a week to give our partners extended time to rebook and in order to prevent further inconvenience.

A further update from Youtravel.com following the insolvency of FTI Touristik GmbH.
Following the recent announcement made by FTI Touristik GmbH earlier this week, Youtravel.com wishes to provide you with an update today, on the 5th of June 2024.
The current situation remains challenging, but we maintain a positive outlook whilst our management team reviews different options to take our business forward.
Our teams are 100% operational and diligently working to keep all partners informed and provide support wherever possible during this time.

We are aware of situations where guests in destination are being asked to pay for their accommodation locally. The FTI Touristik failure has resulted in an unprecedented issue in destination and in these instances, we are trying to support where possible by sharing as much information as we can to help our partners resolve the issue for your valued guests. For this issue, we sincerely apologize to both our partners and their customers.
We have made the decision to extend the cancellations for arrivals up to and including the 14th of June 2024. All active bookings will be cancelled with no cancellation charges by the end of the business day on Friday 7th June 2024.
We would also like to express our gratitude for the overwhelming support and kind words received from partners worldwide, which are greatly appreciated by the entire team navigating through these challenging times.

An update from Youtravel.com following the insolvency of FTI Touristik GmbH
On the 3rd of June 2024, FTI Touristik GmbH, the parent company of the FTI GROUP and one of Europe's largest tour operators, has filed an application for insolvency proceedings.
It is important to note that currently, only the tour operator brand FTI Touristik is directly affected by this situation.
As for youtravel.com, we are a separate entity and are actively working on determining the future course of action without the support of FTI Touristik GmbH.
We acknowledge that currently, this does not offer sufficient clarity to our esteemed partners.
This is an incredibly challenging time for our colleagues at FTI, and we are committed to working diligently in the days ahead to support all our partners.
By way of an update, due to the difficult situation in our DMC’s, we have taken the decision to cancel the next 7 days of arrivals from 4th June.
