2,000 ExTe TU automatic tensioners to Brazil.
In May, a new paper mill is set up in Brazil. It will consume 8-9 million cubic meters of pulpwood per year. A new fleet of vehicles with approx. 200 vehicles is being built to cope with timber deliveries. Most of the new vehicles are not ordinary timber trucks. They have both five and six trailers and can be up to 60 meters long. All trucks and trailers are being equipped by ExTe's partner company EMEX with ExTe bunks. In addition, ExTe TU automatic tensioners are mounted on all vehicles. In the coming weeks, the last of the 2,000 ExTe TU tensioners needed will be delivered.
- The customer, the forest company Suzano, is very positive about our products and hopefully more forest companies will adopt Suzano's thinking, says Per Jonasson, salesperson at ExTe.

When the blacksmith Axel Edvard Sandstedt came to Färila and for the first time hit his blacksmith's hammer on the anvil in 1898, he could hardly imagine what he was doing. In his own forge in Ygskorset in Färila, he laid the foundation for a group that would eventually become the world's leader in the development and supply of products for safe load anchoring of timber.

Nor could he in his wildest imagination imagine that horse and sleigh would someday in the future be replaced by timber crews where the driver can manage both loading, lashing of the timber and unloading from the truck cab.
