🦺 Building a Stronger Safety Culture Together

Safety is everyone's responsibility, and it starts with caring for one another.

On 6 October 2026, our ComfortDelGro Bus team attended PCS Safety Day 2026 at Jurong Island alongside fellow contractors and business partners committed to creating safer workplaces.

☀️ With heat stress awareness as a key focus, the event highlighted the importance of recognising warning signs, taking preventive measures, and knowing how to respond when someone needs assistance.

At ComfortDelGro Bus, safety remains at the heart of our daily operations. We are committed to maintaining safe practices and supporting a strong safety culture for our employees, customers, and partners.

💙 Together, let's continue looking out for one another and ensuring everyone gets home safely every day.

When the city celebrates, we keep it moving.

During one of the busiest event weekends of the year, the ComfortDelGro Bus team worked day and night to get people where they needed to be, through road closures, heavy traffic and late finishes.

✨ Here's the support we provided:
🌙 Staff transport: safe rides home after long nights on the job
⭐ VIP transfers: comfortable, punctual rides to the venue
🎉 After-party transfers: we handled the driving so guests could enjoy the celebration
✈️ Airport departures: on-time drop-offs for flights home

Behind every trip were our Bus Captains and on-ground team, who planned, adapted and delivered all weekend. Thank you for going the extra mile! 🙌

🚌 Safety starts before the first passenger boards.

Every day, our team carries out thorough pre-service checks to ensure our buses are ready for the road. From inspecting critical vehicle systems and electrical components to maintaining a clean and comfortable environment onboard, every detail matters.

While these efforts often happen behind the scenes, they play an important role in keeping journeys safe, reliable and enjoyable for our passengers.

At ComfortDelGro Bus, safety isn't just a destination. It's part of every step of the journey.

🚌💙 Proud to Support KIPRUN Singapore!

When hundreds of runners needed to get to the start line, ComfortDelGro Bus was ready. We ran MRT shuttle services from 24 pickup locations across the island, getting everyone to the event venue smoothly and on time.

Our 45 Bus Captains, backed by ground staff at every pickup point, kept the buses rolling and runners moving all night long.

A big thank you to our team for bringing their energy to the night, and to the organisers for having us on board. Congratulations to every runner who crossed the finish line!

Our AV Safety Operator role made it onto Senior Minister of State Sun Xueling's "On the Job" series! 🚌✨

As Singapore gets ready for autonomous vehicles, SMS Sun reminded us that workers are at the forefront, a "before thought", not an afterthought, as tech transforms industries and jobs. We couldn't agree more. 💙

ComfortDelGro is proud to be one of the participating employers in the Career Conversion Programme for AV Specialists. Drivers can move into an exciting new role with training and salary support. And since we already run autonomous buses, you'll learn from real experience on the road. 🙌

Sometimes, going the extra mile is simply about noticing what passengers need and taking the initiative to help. 🚌💙

On 26 August, our Bus Captain Tang Soon Wah was operating the KKH shuttle service to Novena when he personally stepped off the bus to help manage the boarding queue.

Tang organised passengers according to priority, destination and those travelling with foldable baby strollers. He also counted how many passengers could board and politely invited those waiting for the next bus to take a seat.

His thoughtful approach made the boarding experience smoother and more orderly, especially for elderly passengers and parents with young children.

A passenger who witnessed Tang’s actions later wrote in to commend his professionalism, kindness and clear communication, and felt that his proactive and caring attitude deserved recognition. 👏

Thank you, Tang, for going the extra mile and showing what caring service looks like. 💙

Developing people for the future of mobility.

ComfortDelGro Bus is pleased to be appointed as MOGOX's Authorised Training Partner in Singapore for autonomous mobility operations training. Under the agreement, CDGB will deliver training programmes covering safety operators, remote operators and fleet supervisors, alongside refresher and re-certification programmes to support continued competency development.

Technology is only one part of the autonomous mobility journey. A well-trained workforce is equally important to ensuring safe, reliable and successful operations.

This partnership strengthens CDGB's role in developing autonomous mobility talent and operational expertise while creating opportunities to expand training and capability development beyond Singapore. We are also working with MOGOX to support training opportunities across ASEAN and help prepare the next generation of autonomous mobility professionals.

We look forward to contributing to the growth of autonomous mobility in Singapore and across the region.
