Our Story

COMPANY PROFILE History FCS Courier Service was registered in 27 November 1995, by Mr Mohd Saleh B. Mohd Sideh. With his vast knowledge after working for more than 20 years as an operation manager with an international courier companies, he then decided to start his own company, providing courier service within Singapore. FCS started its first operation in 2nd January 1996 with merely 2 despatch rider. With a wonderful support and trust from our customers, we have enjoyed fast growth and profits even during the recession in 1998. Today, we have more than 25 despatch riders / drivers to serve our customers islandwide. Due to customers demand, FCS decided to venture into Malaysia market and at the same time expanding its own local courier service. In December 08 2002, FCS started its first delivery to Malaysia. In May 2005, FCS decided to venture into the International market. With our extensive network, we are now serving over 180 countries and territories worldwide. Together working hand in hand with our established local agents worldwide, we are able to provide fast customs clearance and on-time delivery of customer shipments. To reflect our worldwide service, FCS Courier Service changed its name to FCS Worldwide Express in September 2005. Knowing the importance of e-commerce in today global economy, FCS has invested in technology that will improve our customer service. With our website which is launch in September 2005, customers not only can make on line collection booking, but also track their shipment worldwide. Profile FCS Courier Service has been providing courier services for both document and parcels, locally and Internationally. Our customers range from SME's to Internationally recognized companies/organizations, government-linked companies and even individual. For local deliveries we provide door to door- same day delivery, next working day morning delivery, express service (1 and 2 hours delivery), night/weekend delivery and for International delivery, we provide door to door express delivery to over 180 countries and territories worldwide. Other than services, FCS also provide a few options for customers to payment for FCS services such as 30 days credit/contract terms, cash on collection/delivery and a pre-paid consignment notes that comes with an instant discount with no expiry date. Due to our easy to understand rates, hassle free terms and conditions, knowledge of the importance of service and our customers packages, FCS has gain a vast of loyal customers, whom we are proud to call friends.
