Customers are to be responsible for their cash and other valuables. To avoid misunderstanding, please bring your valuables along with you. Please prepare Cash or PayNow for fees quoted in advance and ensure that the person-in-charge makes payment immediately upon completion of service. Please ensure that all situation and

services required are made known to us for an accurate quotation. Failure to clarify on your part will result in an increased in actual service fees from the quoted price. We seek your understanding in increasing our fees when situation is different from what is being communicated to us. Price quoted are in Singapore Dollars and we accept Singapore Dollars currency only. Compensation for damages caused by negligence on our part is kept at 20% of our total service fee. Do take note that we do not compensate for certain high-risk items such as belongings that have gone through wear and tear, old furniture that requires our reassembling and such. Customers can opt to purchase their own insurance for high value items such as high-grade porcelain, antiques, calligraphy and painting, stoneware, artwork, fish tank and glassware etc. These items are not within our scope of compensation.
