Recognised as a Principal Partner of NDP 2026 🇸🇬

Sin Chew Woodpaq is grateful to be recognised as a Principal Partner of National Day Parade 2026 at the NDP Appreciation Function held on 25 August.

The appreciation event, hosted by Minister for Defence Mr Chan Chun Sing, recognised the organisations, partners and individuals who contributed behind the scenes to making this year’s National Day Parade possible. A total of 109 Principal Partners were recognised for their support.

At the recent Singapore Precision Engineering And Technology Association (SPETA) Members Engagement Session, the Sin Chew team joined fellow members of the precision engineering community for an afternoon of networking, company introductions and discussions around developments in the industry.

It was a useful opportunity to learn more about the capabilities of fellow members, exchange perspectives and explore how businesses within the ecosystem can connect and collaborate more closely.

Yesterday, the Sin Chew team attended the Temasek Tripartite Conversations 2026, organised by Temasek.

Held annually for Temasek Portfolio Companies, the event brings together unions, employers and government leaders to exchange perspectives on important workforce issues.

As part of Temasek’s broader portfolio ecosystem, Sin Chew appreciated the opportunity to participate in this meaningful conversation.

The programme featured valuable sharing by Mr Teo Chee Hean, Chairman of Temasek; Mrs Josephine Teo, Minister for Digital Development and Information; Mr Jeffrey Lam, Group Deputy CEO of ST Engineering; Mr Ng Tian Beng, Group CEO of Certis Group; Mr Brian Tan, Director of the Policy, Planning and Innovation Department at NTUC; Mr Yip Hon Weng, Director of Organisation & People (Ecosystem Workforce Resilience) at Temasek; and NTUC Secretary-General Mr Ng Chee Meng.

The discussions explored how AI is transforming businesses and jobs, and the importance of redesigning work, supporting continuous learning and helping employees adapt with confidence.

One insight stayed with us: AI scales only when work, leadership and culture move together. Transformation is not just about tools—it is about people.
