Italmec Industries was set-up in 1997 as a Sole Proprietorship under the company formally know as Calmex Automation System Engineering (S) Pte Ltd, which was a joint venture with a local Singapore partner; Italian and Japan investors, specialized in the manufacturing and distributing of automation system and component in particular in the electronic industry. c Industries is to control the promotion, marketing and distribution of Italian industrial machineries in the Asia Pacific and Middle East region with affiliated office and agents throughout the entire territory. In the year 2000, Italmec Industries is converted and registered to Private Limited, which is now Italmec Industries (s) Pte Ltd. Through the promotion of pneumatic manipulator produced by Dalmec S.p.A., a small and medium Italian company based in Cles, province of Trento, Italmec Industries (S) Pte Ltd became th eofficial importer of Dalmec Industrial Manipulator in Asia Pacific and Middle East region.
