We would like to clarify an important matter to our customers and members of the public.

Xpress Movers & Logistics is NOT affiliated with, related to, or connected with MoveXpress. They are separate companies.

On 3 September, we were contacted by Shin Min Daily News regarding a customer’s complaint involving a moving job and unexpected additional charges.

After verification, Shin Min Daily News informed us that they had contacted Xpress Movers & Logistics by mistake while trying to reach another moving company, MoveXpress, and apologised for the error.

We are making this clarification because the similarity in company names may cause confusion among consumers.

At Xpress Movers & Logistics, transparency has always been important to us. We believe customers should understand the charges applicable to their move, and we strive to communicate our quotation and applicable charges clearly before the job.

We therefore wish to make it clear:

Xpress Movers & Logistics and MoveXpress are NOT the same company and are NOT related in any way.
