Dear Valued Customer,
Starting 1st January 2024, Singapore Government will raise its goods and services tax, otherwise known as the GST, from 8% to 9%.
GST will apply to imported low-value goods purchased by consumers in Singapore from GST-registered suppliers.
Hence, customer will need to pay GST on goods valued at S$400 or below (“low-value goods”), which are imported into Singapore via air or post (“imported low-value goods”) and purchased from GST-registered suppliers.

We had make the adjustment of GST Rate to 9% and apply on EVERY Shipment methods for those submission delivery after 20th December 2023 onwards or Parcel arrived Singapore in 2024
