It has been about 40 years since the PAP Community Foundation (PCF) first kindergarten opened its doors to six-year-old children. Today, t
he majority of PCF kindergartens are located in HDB estates. PCF Mountbatten Branch operates two centres: Blk 51 Old Airport Road and Blk 14 Kampang Arang Road. Our Aim
Pre-school prepares the young child for the next stage in his life -formal education which begins with primary school. In PCF, the child will be encouraged to be strong, confident and to develop good self esteem. He will learn to socialise and share with others, to be articulate and know how to express himself and he will always be encouraged to develop a love and a healthy curiosity about life and learning.
